DatePrinted 1927DescriptionAdvertisement for the sale of residential sites. At the top the headline reads: "123 SUPERB RESIDENTIAL SITES 123". Sub-heading underneath: "Being a sub-division of the finest block of residential land in the Upper Hutt District. Situated between Trentham and Wallaceville Railway stations and adjoining the Racecourse, Camp and Golf Links".

In the left hand column are the details of the Real Estate and auction on 2nd April, 1927, and the locality plan. In the centre is the street map of the area showing the street names and lot numbers. In the right hand column is a headline printed in a coloured box: "123 Residential Sites, also a 5 roomed house and 7 roomed house and outbuildings". There is a typewritten column and further down another headline printed in a coloured box: "Upset prices from L75 per section". (75 pounds)
