WelcomeWelcome to our demo site. This is where you can try out some of the standard features of RECOLLECT. We have a selection of photographs, maps, hydrographic charts, manuscripts and published directories which have been kindly provided by Upper Hutt City Library, Feilding Public Library and Land Information New Zealand/ Toitu te whenua.
We've also created up some entries for related People, Places, Events, Organisations and Collections so you can get an idea of how items in Recollect can be linked dynamically to community and organisational knowledge.
User contribution tools are also a core part of RECOLLECT so please try out features such as image tagging, geo-tagging, recollections, pan & zoom, sharing files and results to social networks, downloading files and creating your own private collection.
